At 30 Mr Topper was the youngest lawyer ever to achieve the rank of accredited specialist in Wills and Estates Law by the Law Society of NSW and is the only lawyer to hold the title in the region.
“Becoming a partner at Stacks Heard McEwan after starting as a law clerk just 12 years ago is a great honour,” he said.
The former Albion Park High School student did his law degree at the University of Wollongong, a Master of Laws at Sydney University and a Master of Applied Law at the College of Law.
