Real Estate Business magazine has again commended the top performing females in the industry, naming the nation’s top 50 based on data for residential sales in 2016.
Ms Bonnici was ranked 44th in last year’s list, after selling more than $66 million worth of property in the 2015 calendar year.
This year, the Ray White Shellharbour Village principal selling agent has been ranked No.26. She sold 92 residential properties, totalling $72,975,100, with the average listing snapped up after 74 days on the market.
The 44-year-old said she was persuaded to get into real estate a little more than a decade ago because her dad thought she’d be good at it.
He was right, as part-time work quickly turned into full-time success.
Ms Bonnici said it was great to be noticed and rewarded in this manner.
“It definitely makes you work harder, because you want to get better and better," she said.
“I just want to get better and better, and higher up next year.
“It also revitalises you to keep going.”
