Prof Steele is the founder and director of the Biomechanics Research Laboratory and Breast Research Australia (BRA) and has been transforming bra design to develop the world’s first bionic bra. She works with intelligent materials that can automatically tighten or relax to provide the right amount of support at the right time. There is also panel of award winning businesswomen such as Lauren Buhagiar, of Active Property Conveyancing, Diana Foye, of Foye Legal, and Sarah Nolen, of Birdblack Design.
The day will support Mission Australia’s work in the Illawarra.
