Collateral, trained by in-form horseman Bjorn Baker, will contest the fourth heat of the morning over 800m.
The emerging stayer was outstanding for Baker throughout the winter months as he put together five wins in six starts to complete his preparation.
Baker has since given the six-year-old an 11 week break.
The Warwick Farm trainer will also bring several unraced horses down to trial as will Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott.
Kembla trainers Gwenda Markwell, Theresa Bateup as well as Rob and Luke Price all have runners featuring on the morning.
There will be five heats in total.
Racing will continue at Kembla Grange on Saturday afternoon, with three meetings remaining in the month.
