Heavy traffic at Albion Park Rail and near Ulladulla has eased, the Transport Management Centre advised.

2pm: Southbound traffic remains heavy on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail and Milton.

Traffic is also heavy between Dolphin Point and Ulladulla for northbound drivers.

Earlier: Holiday traffic is building at pinch points across the Illawarra and South Coast.

Southbound traffic on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail is heavy with motorists facing 10 minute delays.

Southbound drivers on the Princes Highway at Milton are also facing 15 minute delays.

Northbound traffic is also heavy on the Princes Highway between Dolphin Point to Ulladulla with motorists facing 25 minutes of extra travel time.
