The one-year-old, four-bedroom house at 70 William James Drive has chalked up more than 20,000 comments and around 3000 shares across Belle Property Facebook pages.
“I think its the garage. It’s husbands tagging their wives saying ‘this is where we’re moving’ and wives tagging their husbands saying ‘this is what you need’,” said Carly Nascimento, marketing coordinator of Belle Property Wollongong.
The under house workshop/garage has a 4.5 metre clearance and can easily fit multiple vehicles, tools and trailers and could be the ultimate man cave the Illawarra has ever seen.
The property, on 3513 metres square goes to auction on January 19.
