Agency Burgess Rawson’s commercial property listings include a prestige StarTrack property on Berkeley Road, Unanderra.
The fully-leased complex is anchored by parcels, freight and logistics company StarTrack.
The investment opportunity includes a 4484sqm purpose-built modern distribution facility on a 15,620sqm site.
According to Burgess Rawson NSW sales executive Rhys Parker, the region is set for impressive growth.
“As a globally connected city and an international trade hub, Wollongong offers a competitive base for businesses to benefit from access to domestic and global markets, with Unanderra an established warehousing and distribution centre for the region,” Mr Parker said.
“We certainly anticipate this property will attract significant interest at auction in February."
The 185 Berkeley Road Star Track property provides a net income of $825,114 PA plus GST.
It will be auctioned on February 20 in Sydney.
