What is your number 1 health and fitness goal?
When do you want to achieve this goal by?
Where do you need to make changes to achieve this goal?
What will you change if there are changes that need to be made?
How will you feel if you do/don’t achieve this goal?
These questions are so important at giving yourself direction and a clear process and course of action. Without these plans, it is very difficult to succeed.
