The Illawarra Open of Table Football was run and won at Kiama on Sunday.
Contesting the event were 14 adults and five juniors, which was hosted by the Illawarra Table Football Club at the 1st Kiama Scout Hall.
Local players were joined by competitors who travelled from Sydney and as far as Melbourne.
Raffaele Lombard from Berry, has taken out the inaugural event final.
Currently ranked 59 in the World, Lombard overcame his brother Daniele Lombard 5-3 in an entertaining final.
In the under 19 junior category, Torben Pfister from Chatswood Table Football Club – the Northern Falcons – overcame teammate Oliver Ollnow in a tight contest to win in a penalty shootout.
