If you weren’t involved in these sports what would you be doing and why? If I wasn't a swimmer or triathlete I would be a gymnast. I did gymnastics for six years before becoming a competitive swimmer and absolutely loved it. It built a lot of my resilience and strength and helped me get to where I am today.

It is really fun as we play and learn a range of different sports but the theory side of the subject is also interesting. When did you start in your sport and how did you get started? I have swum my whole life as fitness whilst I was a gymnast and started competitively swimming about five years ago when I stopped gymnastics and swam as my main sport.
