Ms Proust spent a significant amount of her childhood in Wollongong before moving to Sydney to attend university.
Her topic for the next AICD directors briefing with the AICD chairperson at City Beach Function Centre on May 29 will be How to Future Proof your Board”.
And “does your organisation have the ability to withstand political uncertainty, policy changes, disruption and a volatile economy”?
AICD believes the need to future-proof organisations has never been more important because in the modern world, the potential for organisational disruption increases every day.
Drawing on her 30 years experience Ms Proust will discuss the key challenges facing Australian directors and share insights on what the top priorities are for all boards now and in the future.
