Mackenzie Ford, of Gerringong, will represent NSW in the girl’s competition, while Samuel Wright-Smith, Dylan Simmons and Scott Crisafi will feature in the boy’s event.
Simmons, a goalkeeper, is just 13 years of age and will compete against boys two years his senior. The Dapto player was a member of the NSW under 13 boy’s team that won gold at the Australian Indoor Championships in January.
Wright-Smith also won gold in January, representing the NSW under 15 boy’s team.
Fairy Meadow player Crisafi has represented his state in the past, while Ford has also featured in NSW junior squads.
The tournament will run from the 18th to the 27th of April at the Illawarra Hockey Centre.
