The popularity of Shell Cove continues, with the latest release of homes selling out on ballot day last Thursday.
All 18 homes in the Riviera homes release at The Waterfront, Shell Cove sold for a total value of $16,565,000.
The two and four-bedroom homes, some with additional studio loft apartments, ranged in price from $665,000 to $1,365,000.
Glenn Colquhoun, development director – Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia said with works progressing well in the town centre and the harbour itself, people are able to appreciate more than ever before the vision for Shell Cove and the features of the waterside community.
“We’ve had many ‘sell-outs’ at Shell Cove over the years, but there is a definite strengthening of interest now people can see the lifestyle opportunity on offer,” Mr Colquhoun said.

The architecturally-designed homes in the Riviera collection are located along Harbour Boulevard in a location within The Waterfront community, and 250 metres from the future marina and town centre.
The Riviera Homes release included a range of home designs including double-storey, semi-detached two-bedroom terrace homes with rear lane access to a single garage, as well as four-bedroom terrace homes, some with direct views of the wetlands.
A selection also featured a separate studio loft apartment.
The next release of homes at The Waterfront, Shell Cove is scheduled for early May.
A focal point of The Waterfront, Shell Cove community is the planned 270-berth boat harbour and marina, located beside The Waterfront’s town centre.
