If you are vegan then your ability to get protein from foods is limited, but still highly important. This article is aimed at giving vegans a range of foods to ensure they are getting enough protein.
These foods include:
Plant-based protein powder;
Edemame beans;
Bean and legume pasta;
Pumpkin seeds;
Almonds and walnuts;
Quinoa;
Tofu and tempeh.
These foods will still allow for muscles growth and repair and essentially allow vegans to not compromise on their choice of foods.
