While the season is still young, the heavyweight clash comes as both clubs look to keep pace with the top of the competition.
The Rams (14 points) are currently second on the ladder, with the Stingrays (12 points) sit on the edge of the top four.
“They are right in the mix with us so the next result will be huge,” Moscato said.
"We are in a top four race.
“They obviously had a draw last weekend, which helped us out, but we are expecting another tough one.”
The Stingrays are midway through one of their toughest stretches of the season.
It will be their third straight game against a top-four rival.
They beat Manly United 2-1 a fortnight ago before falling 4-3 to Sydney University at home last weekend.
Macarthur are coming off a 2-2 draw with North West Sydney Koalas.
