Repair work will be carried out on the road embankment south of the Old Imperial Hotel at Clifton on weekdays between 7am and 5pm, weather permitting.

One lane will be closed to traffic intermittently to allow work trucks to safely and efficiently enter and exit the work site.

Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place and motorists should allow up to five minutes of additional travel time.

Additional work is also planned for late May and early June to replace the drains underneath the road.
