The popular new night spot open Thursday to Sunday nights teamed up with Chaffey Bros wines from the Barossa Valley.
A different wine was selected for each of the six courses.
The response to the degustation dinner was so good and the night such a success that Choppy and his Night Parrot co-owners Alex Stojanovski and Luke McNamara are planning to hold more.
Choppy said it was a great night with a fantastic atmosphere on the first degustation night.
He said everyone enjoyed the evening and learned about the matching wines from the Barossa.
The new small bar has been an instant hit since it opened as a cozy late night venue.
Its unique features include a glass temperature controlled cellar and purple velvet booths.
