The home at 47 Werri Street, Werri Beach is set to be auctioned on May 5.
‘Pleasant View’ is positioned in the sought-after north-facing end of Werri Beach, fronting directly onto Werri Lagoon.
Selling agent, Ray White Gerringong principal Neil Campbell said the expansive views encompass the rolling hills of Rose Valley, Saddleback Mountain, Mt Pleasant and the lagoon itself.
The home contains three bedrooms, built-in wardrobes and polished timber flooring.
The previous sale of a property on the north-facing part of Werri Street was in January 2016, when No.69 sold for $1.85 million.
“That’s the current record price for Werri Beach, so we’re hoping to better that,” Mr Campbell said.
“It’s less than 150m to Werri Beach and the Gerringong to Kiama coastal walk.”
