The four-bedroom, renovated brick home at 11 Hazel Crescent, Thirroul will be auctioned on Friday, May 11.
It has a price guide of $1.3 million to $1.4 million.
According to The Domain Group, the median price for a four-bedroom house in Thirroul is $1.268 million, with 22 sold this year and spending an average of 77 days on the market.
Selling agent, Wendy Lepre from Belle Property Thirroul said Thirroul would always be highly sought-after due to its convenience, including its close proximity to the beach, escarpment and Sydney.
She described this latest listing as a unique property.
“From the outside it looks like any other normal property, but you walk in and it’s on three levels and it’s full of life.
“It’s really beautifully maintained, then you walk out and you just look at this beautiful in-ground concrete pool.
“It’s just so private – it’s really like a private sanctuary.
“And then you have a beautiful cabana which you can work at home from, maybe make into a teenage retreat or turn back into a garage if you like.
“It just sits in a beautiful spot, and you’ve got your ocean views from upstairs.”

The winner will be awarded a $250 restaurant voucher, an invitation to the exclusive opening event and the honour of unveiling the name of the new complex.
Submissions will be reviewed and the public will choose the winning name from a list of finalists.
