Mr Pascoe has four decades experience providing finance and economics commentary for print and broadcast media and will also feature on a panel moderated by new Illawarra Business Chamber executive director Adam Zarth.
The other panelists are KPMG partner Adam Cole and NSW Business Chamber policy and advocacy director and former Illawarra Business Chamber executive director Chris Lamont.
The lunch at the UniHall at the University of Wollongong will provide detailed information on key budget measures and initiatives.
