The three-bedroom home is situated on a large 1000 metre square block of land and was on the market for four weeks prior to auction.
Throughout the campaign, Ray White responded to 402 enquiries and conducted 87 inspections of the property.
“It’s the most enquiries we’ve ever had on a property,” Mr Campbell said.
“We had four registered bidders, who all bid on the day.”
Mr Campbell said location was definitely a major attraction for potential buyers.
“It’s all about the location, it’s an awesome spot on the lagoon and only 100 metres from the beach.”
