A great coffee is made up of a number of steps, each of which needs to be in perfect order to provide a great product.
Ground Café, established in 2014, is owned and managed by Grant and Clara Devlin who know their coffees.
“Ground has developed a long-term relationship with our coffee supplier Di Bella,” Clara said.
“Our espresso and macchiato are the types of coffee that provide our customers with the authentic coffee taste, which we have derived from Di Bella’s Signature Blend.
“Both of these coffees are extremely popular.
“As winter approaches, we have also introduced our new Nutella hot chocolate which is a great alternative in the colder months.”
The optimum age of the roasted coffee beans used at Ground averages 14 days and that ensures their coffee beans are always fresh for continuous optimum flavour.
“Our coffee has a lovely silky crema that lasts to the final drop,” they said.
“Having great baristas at Ground also plays a very important role in creating a great coffee.

The reasons that customers continue to return to Ground is not only for their amazing coffee but also their great range of food and exceptional customer service.
“In addition, we provide our traditional wraps, sandwiches, pastries, cakes and slices, an extensive hot food menu, as well as our famous inhouse banana bread, pear and raspberry bread and delicious carrot cake,” they said.
“Our menu is always evolving based on seasonal produce plus new and exciting flavours. The salad menu changes regularly offering our customers diversity.
“We regularly receive requests from our customers providing us with new menu ideas which we introduce as specials, changing on a fortnightly basis.

The cafe is positioned on the ground floor of a six-star green building which means they are positioned to capture the optimum sunlight throughout the day whilst operating with low energy usage.
Ground on Kembla is currently open Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 4pm and Saturdays 7.30am to 2pm.
