There are a number of tips to get more out of your training and things you can do to be the fittest, strongest and healthiest you can be. These tips include:

- Ensure you are getting enough water in each day, 2 litres minimum and extra if you train on that day;
- Ensure you are getting enough sleep to allow for rejuvenation and restoring of muscles;
- Correct diet including quality sources of protein, carbohydrates, omega 3’s, natural fats and magnesium are essential for everyday function foods such as bananas, fish, oats, spinach and almonds are important for our bodies and should be consumes regularly; and
- Try and foam roll and stretch most days and get a massage (deep tissue) every fortnight.
