The Sandon Point surfer took out the under 18 boys event ahead of Fin McLaren and Jed Ashton.
The under 18 girls final was taken out by Summer Simon, ahead of Darci Air. Summer’s younger brother Taj claimed the under 16 boys event, with Kasey Hargreaves winning the under 16 girls final.
Southbridge’s Lennix Smith was undoubtedly the star of the day, sweeping his way through the under 14 boys division, taking the title along with the wave of the day crown, with a perfect score, and Mick Lowe Trophy for surfing excellence. Occeanna Rogers won the under 14 girls event.
The under 12s finals were taken out by Josh Marsh and Shyla Short, with Marsh claiming a gripping boys final.
Attention now turns to the NSW Titles in mid-June in Forster.
