The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is located at 18 Little Lake Crescent, Warilla.
Selling agent, Ray White Shellharbour Oak Flats Group principal Amanda Bonnici said it has a price guide of $2.4 million.
Current owners Deana and Manuel Aranega bought the property and initially rented it out, before deciding to knock it down and rebuild their ideal home in 2014.
Mrs Aranega described it as a modern, Hamptons-style home, and called it a “labour of love” and “our dream house on the beach”.
“We wanted something that was coastal and could withstand the elements of the coastal living,” she said.
“What really inspired us was having a kind of holiday home (feel) where we live.
“Feeling like we’re on holidays at home. We’ve had our dreams come true with this house.”
One of the many eye-catching elements of the home is its “man cave”.
Mrs Aranega said this was influenced by her husband’s trip to the US to participate in the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
“He went to all the bars in Dakota and other places they went,” she said. “He got really inspired and built that.”
Mrs Aranega said they were planning to stay in the Illawarra.
Ms Bonnici said the home was proving popular with prospective buyers.
“We've got quite a few Sydney people interested; a few of them for holiday houses,” she said.
