The Blueys are the last remaining club from the region and will be aiming to become the first Illawarra Premier League outfit to make the main draw.
Tarrawanna are one of just 10 clubs left in the draw, with the winner of all five ties booking their place in the round of 32.
The vast majority of the remaining teams play in the NSW National Premier League Men’s 1.
Seven clubs from the state’s top tier are still in the draw while two teams are from the second division.
The draw will be live streamed from 11am on Friday.
The Blueys have beaten Sydney North West, Macarthur Rams, University of NSW FC and Kirrawee Kangaroos to progress to round seven. Three of those encounters have been played away from Tarrawanna Oval.
