The event will be hosted by the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s NSW Southern Chapter on Thursday, July 5 at City Beach Function Centre.
Guest speakers will include Dr Alexandra Heath, head of economic analysis at the Reserve Bank of Australia. Dr Heath will discuss the economy, demographics and factors impacting housing demand.
Guests will also hear from Mark Grimson, economic development manager at Wollongong City Council and Trevor James, economic development manager at Shellharbour City Council.
They will be joined by Ben Mostyn, managing director of Knight Frank to discuss the economic and housing outlook for the Illawarra.
The luncheon will kick off at 12pm for a 12.30pm start, and is scheduled to conclude at 2.30pm.
