Two men remain in police custody after a man was stabbed in Wollongong on Saturday night.

According to police, about 11.10pm on Saturday, two men and a woman were walking along Burelli Street, when they observed three people in a stationary Ford Fiesta.
The group exchanged words before a fight ensued, during which the 22-year-old man was allegedly stabbed once in the abdomen.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to Wollongong Hospital with a deep laceration, where he is expected to undergo surgery.
Officers from Wollongong Police District arrested two men, aged 25 and 33, at a home on Osborne Street.
They were taken to Wollongong Police Station.
Police inquiries are continuing to locate a third man.
Inspector Darren Brown from Wollongong Police District said the victim’s injuries weren’t considered life-threatening at this stage.
He also said the two men are assisting police with their inquiries.
