The White Eagles entered the match understrength, with a number of youngsters taking to the field.
The experience of Olympic ultimately proved too strong, with the side finishing over the top of their rivals and rounding out winners five goals to one.
The two teams were locked at one goal a piece before Olympic started to grind down Albion Park, scoring four-straight goals to close out the match.
In Monday’s other quarter-finals, Corrimal followed up their come-from-behind IPL victory over Wollongong United on Saturday with a comprehensive 6-1 defeat of District League side Helensburgh.
And the other remaining District League side Warilla Wanderers were also eliminated from the competition, with Woonona recording a 2-1 victory over the Wanderers.
