The under 11s played out a number of tough matches, with Northern Districts Tigers Black edging the Southern Highlands Hawks 24-28.
The second Tigers team was unable to make it two from two, falling to the Shellharbour Swans White. Port Kembla also won a tight match, defeating Albion Park 24-10. The Swans Red were defeated by Kiama 28-8.
The under 13s were a bit more open, with a number of teams recording comfortable victories. Figtree proved to strong for Albion Park, while Shellharbour overpowered Northern Districts Yellow.
The Northern Districts Black picked up a win, however, defeating Southern Highlands. The two Kiama Power sides split their matches, with the Thunder defeating Port Kembla, while the Lightning fell to the Wollongong Lions.
