The ambulance rescue helicopter and a number of other ambulance resources are responding to the incident, which happened about 2pm.
Crews on scene said they had been able to secure the crash site and access the injured man, who was complaining of hip pain.
After being assessed on the scene, the man was put in a neck brace and transported to the rescue helicopter.
The crash landing comes four days after another hang-gliding incident at Stanwell Tops, when a 69-year-old man suffered serious injuries.
Emergency services were called to Bald Hill on Wednesday afternoon, finding the man with a fractured pelvis, chest injuries and a fractured leg.
