Regional Development Australia (RDA) Illawarra chief executive Debra Murphy said 3½ scholarships were available for the experiential learning initiative that runs over two years.
Ms Murphy said it was an opportunity to increase leadership skills and gain credit points towards an MBA.
She said it was also a chance to make career boosting connections and network with peers and senior leaders.
LIP is run by RDA Illawarra in partnership with Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong and The Illawarra Connection.
It features self-development workshops, UOW master classes, site visits and parliamentary tours, as well as two rounds of mentoring with senior leaders.
“Fees are $4,000 per annum, and 3½ scholarships are available thanks to our partners,” Ms Murphy said.
