Frasers Property Australia has unveiled a new land release at Shell Cove, with the public being able to register for the chance to secure land 600m from the beach, and 200m from the boat harbour.
Frasers Property will soon release 18 land lots in the ‘Shoal Release’ via an online ballot to be held on August 9.
The release will feature lots ranging in size from 345sqm to 721sqm, with registrations for the ballot open now.
Prices for the Shoal Release land lots will range from $595,000 to $890,000.
The Shoal Release is less than 1km from the new Shell Cove town centre, stage one of which is due for completion in October and will feature a Woolworths supermarket and specialty shops.
Recent releases at Shell Cove have sold out quickly.
The Cormorant Release of 11 new homes sold out in June for approximately $10 million in total, while the Riviera Release enjoyed similarly quick take-up in May.

Glenn Colquhoun, development director Shell Cove at Frasers Property Australia said he expected interest to be strong again.
“There are limited opportunities for people to create their perfect home by the water and the Shoal Release offers them a sea change less than 1km from a brand new town centre,” Mr Colquhoun said.
“To date, each new release at Shell Cove, be it land or homes, has been met with intense interest.
“Now that the community is taking shape, and people can envisage what their life at Shell Cove could be, this interest is only growing stronger.”
The Shoal Release ballot draw on August 9 will be streamed live online.
Shell Cove is a joint venture between Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council.
A focal point will be the 270-berth boat harbour and marina next to The Waterfront’s town centre, featuring a retail precinct, specialty shops, restaurants on the marina’s edge, waterfront tavern, hotel and community centre.
United Kingdom firm Walcon Marine has been awarded the $15 million tender, with the developers touting the overseas company’s record of installing more than 100,000 boat berths throughout the world.
