The co-principal of Belle Property Illawarra was the recipient of a coveted honour at the Real Estate Business Awards 2018.
After winning the same category last year, Towradgi resident Mr Hodder was again recognised in the ‘Sales Agent of the Year - Regional’ category of the nationally recognised awards.
The award winners were announced at The Star, Sydney on Thursday night.
Now in its sixth year, the Real Estate Business Awards seek to recognise the achievements of the industry’s leading agents, networks, innovators, lenders and property managers across 27 categories.
REB managing editor Tim Neary said the REB Awards recognise and reward those who are driving real estate in Australia into the future.
Meanwhile, the Real Estate Institute of NSW has announced the finalists for its 21st annual Awards for Excellence.
Among the finalists in the ‘Real Estate Agency – Small’ category is the Bulli-based Molenaar+McNeice.
“Our awards continue to go from strength to strength, with the best, bravest and brightest that work across the industry getting this much-deserved recognition,” REINSW president Leanne Pilkington said.
“Ten agency categories and 12 individual categories make up the 2018 awards program.
“It is a great achievement to be recognised in this way, and the finalists should feel proud of themselves,”
Winners will be announced on September 27.
