Chefs cook up dinner with a conscience at Wollongong Innovation Campus

The annual Dinner with a Conscience is on Tuesday at Wollongong Innovation Campus.

The unique once a year event is a collaborative effort involving chefs passionate about showcasing local food, sustainability and seasonality.

Rookie Eatery, Kneading Ruby, Bill & James, Eat at Sandy’s, BarLissimo, Diggies and Aspire have created a menu for the iAccelerate 4IMPACT event that is produced, sourced and cooked with a conscience.
