The selection is the latest representative honour for the Illawarra Sports High student, with the forward featuring in NSW Under 18s 16-10 victory over Queensland prior to State of Origin I at the MCG.
Bazzaz played a crucial role in the victory, coming off the bench to win player of the match.
Bazzaz is joined in the Schoolboys squad by St George junior Jason Saab and the pair will travel to the United Kingdom in October.
St George Illawarra recruitment manager Ian Millward said the selections were a clear sign the club’s junior pathways are in good stead.
“They’re two really outstanding people, which is really good for our organisation, but also two really good players,” Millward said. “We’re really excited for the Dragons that we are able to get two players through our junior ranks into the squad.”
