The structured Economic Gardening program starts on September 11. Applications need to be in by August 31.
The initiative is provided free of changes to businesses in the Shellharbour, Kiama and Wollongong local government areas.
They will receive a package of professional business tools and assistance designed to fast-track sustainable expansion.
The program is delivered by business specialists who have a proven track record of building and assisting successful enterprises.
The workshop sessions cover topics such as business strategy, customer relationship management, financial management, digital strategy and online marketing and advanced marketing techniques.
Businesses targeted are those that are already established, have a sound business model and are ready to mature to the next stage.
Over the last 11 years more than 500 businesses have participated in the program.
Participants in the past have grown their markets, created new businesses, attracted government support and employed more people.
