Vance Joy and Courtney Barnett will headline along with Billy Bragg, The Breeders, Pond, Winston Surfshirt and a dozen other acts.
Returning to the annual jaunt is the pool party ready for dancing feet to cool off, tug-o-war and sack racing, stalls for vintage wears and fresh produce and collectable vinyl ready to unearth in The Record Fair.
Day two of the festival – which also includes fine dining and a Rock School for little ones – is pitted against the Corona SunSets festival in North Wollongong, which aims to draw thousands of people.
Promoters of the beach party are yet to announce their lineup for the one-day event. However, previous SunSets festivals have followed a heavy dance music format with popular artists.
