It’s designed to give you instant tips on how you can improve your health and well-being by moving more, and eating better. They include:
- Drink more water, at least 2 litres per day.
- Move more, the more calories we burn, the less energy we have stored in our bodies.
- Start some light resistance training and build from there (more muscle mass on your body burns more energy while you rest)
- Avoid sugary drinks, yoghurts and milks.
- Eat five servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit per day.
- Losing weight is energy in versus energy out. If we consume more than we burn, we put on weight.
