A number of upgrades have been made to improve the shopping experience for local residents at the store.
The improvements carried out since August 13 are part of a national role out of a new store format And follow similar revamps in other Wollongong and Shellharbour stores.
An ALDI spokesperson said the fresh new look includes better product displays, improved navigation and modern styling. The improvements follow extensive store trials in other states before the rollout across NSW.
“We want our customers to know they won’t lead to higher prices,” the spokesperson said.
New features include redesigned shelving, expanded wooden produce bays and extended energy efficient chillers as well as energy efficient LED lighting.
“We’re excited to be undertaking these upgrades and welcome the community to visit our new store from Thursday 23rd August”.
ALDI Dapto will continue to be supported by a team of 15-20 permanent full and part-time employees and continues to trade from 8:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
While ALDI Dapto is temporarily closed shoppers can visit ALDI Albion Park Rail located at 10 Ash Avenue.
