The next 18 homes at The Waterfront will be released on September 18.
This release includes seven different designs, ranging from a freestanding family home to a selection of townhomes and modern terraces.
The 18 new homes in the ‘Brigantine’ release are located less than 400 metres from the new town centre, and 250 metres from the Shellharbour Marina.
The homes will be sold via ballot draw on September 18, which will be streamed live online. Prices range from $700,000 to $1.3 million.
This is the last release before the official opening of stage one of the town centre in October.
“Earlier this year, we saw land and homes sell out in record time and we expect these new homes to attract the same intense interest,” Glenn Colquhoun, development director - Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia said.
“The ‘Brigantine’ release comes at a time when you can see real construction progress on the town centre.
“Now that the community is taking shape, it is easier than ever to imagine yourself enjoying the lifestyle on offer at The Waterfront.
“All homes in this release are located along The Waterfront’s cycleways and walkways, which lead to parks, schools, beaches, the town centre and marina.”
The developers say the various townhome designs in the ‘Brigantine’ release will appeal to a range of buyers, from families to couples or downsizers.
Six of the homes feature four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, upstairs kids’ retreat, master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite and balcony, double garage and two storage rooms.
There’s one townhome with a studio loft area.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has three internal storage rooms, a coat area and walk-in pantry.
The five other townhomes in the release feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe and balcony, and a single garage.
The freestanding home in the release features four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a separate movie retreat, media room, a grand entry foyer and upstairs retreat.
The ‘Brigantine’ release also includes a selection of terraces.
Three of the terraces come with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a single garage, upstairs kids’ retreat and two internal storerooms.
There’s also a two-bathroom terrace with three bedrooms, an upstairs study area, single garage and internal storage.
Also available is a garden terrace with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, upstairs study area and single garage.
“All homes come with family-sized gourmet kitchens featuring stone benchtops and stainless-steel appliances, open plan dining and living areas, and covered, fully landscaped alfresco areas,” Mr Colquhoun said.
