The Goulburn-based horseman only has one runner on the afternoon, which will be ridden by Brendan Ward in the day’s feature event.
Ward and Treasure Boss have recently combined for consecutive victories, with the most recent coming on a heavy 10 at Albury.
Kembla is expected to be in the same heavy range on Saturday, with more rain expected across the weekend.
“The heavy definitely won’t be an issue and if anything it might slow up a couple of the other horses,” Gee said. “We’ve always thought of him as a bit of an up and coming sort of horse, but he can be a bit of a handful so it has just been a matter of being patient with him.”
Meanwhile, Graeme Murray isn’t expected to run Rafha’s Choice if the track remains in the heavy range.
