Alannah Walton, 18, grew up on the South Coast, and was announced as one of the models to walk in the show over the weekend.
Alannah took to Instagram last Saturday to confirm she’d scored an exclusive spot on the runway, saying it was “a dream come true”.
“I DID IT!!!! I am so excited to announce that I will be walking in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2018,” the post said.
“I am feeling so so so blessed and grateful... my dream has come true.”
Alannah, who now lives in New York, is one of just four Australian models to walk in the annual show, and said it was “her proudest and greatest achievement yet”.
“Everyone has supported and guided me so kindly through this journey and I will be forever grateful,” her post said.
“To my parents... you have been through this entire journey with me and to have the opportunity to walk in front of you both at the end of the year..... is honestly my proudest and greatest achievement yet.”
The exact date of the show is unknown at this point, however it’s expected to be held in late November or early December.
The location of this year's lingerie show is still under wraps, with previous events having been held in London, New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
