The Tigers – who missed out on a place in the new top-six competition format – had already qualified in division two, where they will meet defending reserve grade premiers Kiama, while the third graders will clash with Figtree. The women’s team had lost just one game during the home-and-away rounds of the inaugural AFL South Coast Women’s competition, but were beaten in a thrilling grand final qualifier by the Lions by five points.
