Another snowflake politician claiming to be 'bullied'.
Ann Sudmalis' claims that Gareth Ward 'bullied' her might be more believable if it wasn't a fact that her vote at the last two elections was halved on each occasion.
No, rather than admit that the electorate had lost faith in her ability to deliver, and had been voting accordingly, it's easier to look for another excuse, and using the new feminist mantra of being 'bullied' by a male is the easier route.
It's a weak excuse and I have no doubt her electorate sees it the same way.

JUST NOT CRICKET
Australia's Channel 7 network, which earlier this year won the rights to broadcast test cricket matches played in Australia for the next seven years has recently announced it's commentary team for the current summer.
Not one of them has a match officials background.
Of the fifteen, four of them are women.
Nine of them have played at test level, one has played first class cricket and the remaining five are sports broadcast professionals.
However none of them have the background in the game's current law's and playing conditions.
Having someone there of that ilk would give the broadcaster a better chance to quickly clear up minor errors that sometimes can creep into the commentary and mislead the viewer.

YET ANOTHER BACKFLIP
To Gladys Berejiklian, Premier for Western Sydney:
You have once again reversed a dumb decision without any thought or consultation - to add to your previous back flips including the sStadium plan, M9, and dog racing, and others.
To select a site for a jail at Kembla Grange which has been a flood plain location for countless years is well beyond dumb.
This reversed decision was was made entirely possible by the amazing efforts of people power, resulting in a 14,000 signed petition - and nil support from the NSW Government.
No photo shoot for your nil support on this one Gareth Ward, Parliamentary Secretary for Kiama.
There are heaps of locations further down the South Coast which you are most probably considering - have a nice day.

SIGN OF THE TIMES
I read Dave Cox’s comment ‘Info Not Song’ (Illawarra Mercury, September 15, 2018) and I’m sorry – I missed the point. Or, did he not have one?
I thought the actions of the young girl from Brisbane who refused to stand for the national anthem took place just recently – not last century.
What does the playing of the national anthem at the “pictures” have to do with it being played in a formal school environment?
I say “pictures” because that is what Australians called cinemas the last time the national anthem was played in one.
Even the Brits stopped playing “God Save The Queen” in their cinemas in the 1970s.
