The house, on Gloucester Circuit, had been converted to hold an extensive hydroponic set-up, with specialist lighting and watering systems and the electricity supply diverted so as not to draw attention.
There was no-one home when police executed a search warrant about 6.50pm Friday.
Police seized a variety of plants, some measuring up to 1.5 metres tall.
A large number of the plants were ready to harvest.
Inquiries into the origins of the set-up are continuing.
