After already clinching the League Championship and promotion to the Illawarra Premier League, Coniston scored twice in the last eight minutes to seal victory.
Hiroaki Kohinoki opened the scoring in the 27th minute before Mark Picciolini and Chris Stevonovski both hit the back of the net late in the second half to complete the win.
Coniston coach Vlado Miceski was ecstatic with his team’s performance.
"I think we were worthy of the result," Miceski said.
"To wrap it up that way was nice. I think we showed we were the best team [on Saturday].
"It was our aim at the start of the year to win both and it was good to see it come to fruition.
"I am proud of the club. A lot of people do great work behind the scenes and it was well deserved.
“Rod Williams played a big part in that all year as well and we recognised that after the game.”
Kohinoki was awarded the final’s player of the match after scoring the opener from a rebound. Warilla should have equalised from the penalty spot in the 38th minute, but Javier Ovando fired his effort off the crossbar.
Picciolini sealed the result in the 82nd minute when he curled one into the bottom corner, with Stevanovski completing the victory in added time.
Thirroul Thunder beat Oak Flats Falcons 1-0 to win the reserve grade decider while Coniston defeated Helensburgh 2-1 in youth grade.
