Tips for eating out include:
Look at the menu of the restaurant you are going to pre plan;
Save your calorie allowance during the day just in case your calories are higher that evening;
Keep the day higher in protein and fibre to allow for more flexibility;
Control portion sizes;
Try and choose from the menu that shows the size of the cut of meat;
Limit and keep track of alcohol;
Always exercise during the day before you go out for dinner;
Beware of dressings, request to have these placed on the side of the dish.
