In making the presentation TIC president Graham Lancaster said Mrs Cullen had been a 25-year attendee of the networking body’s function as well as a tireless community supporter.
Mr Lancaster said the former Wollongong Citizen of the Year had held many board positions including TIC over the years and thanked her for her ongoing contribution to the region.
