Officers executed a search warrant on the property around 9:50am on Tuesday and uncovered a total of 196 cannabis plants. The home was unoccupied at the time.
A police spokeswoman said the plants ranged in maturity and size – from 25 centimetres to 1.5 metres in height.
A zip-lock bag containing cannabis head was found in the freezer and weighed 200 grams.
The estimated street value of the entire haul was at $759,000.
Police have since removed the plants for destruction and currently investigating the matter.
